Description and specifications
Applications
Vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food processing. Freeze-dried items are easy to preserve for long periods and can be restored to their pre-freeze-drying state after adding water, maintaining their original biochemical properties.
Key features
- The transparent door of the drying chamber is made of aerospace-grade acrylic material, which is non-adhesive, high-strength, and leak-proof, allowing clear observation of the material's changes during operation.
- Imported brand compressor, stable and low noise.
- Branded vacuum pump, high pumping speed and low noise.
- Pre-freeze-drying is carried out in situ, reducing cumbersome operations in the drying process and achieving automation of the freeze-drying process.
- A simulated operation window interface vividly reflects the operating status of each component, displaying the current operating parameters of each part in digital form.
- Silicone oil is used as the circulating medium, ensuring high temperature control accuracy, with shelf temperature difference ≤1°C and uniform drying effect.
- The shelf pre-freeze temperature is adjustable, controllable, and can be explored, used in pilot-scale and production processes.
- The separate design of the freeze-drying chamber and cold trap cavity achieves pharmaceutical-grade pilot-scale machine standards while significantly improving water capture efficiency and capacity.
- Multiple programs can be stored, each programmably setting the pre-freeze and drying stages. Program parameters can be modified during freeze dryer operation, and drying curves and data can be recorded.
- 7-inch touchscreen operation, PLC industrial controller, displaying drying curves.
- Square trays are not easily deformed, easy to operate, and easy to clean.
- Equipped with an inflation valve for filling with drying inert gas.
- User levels and passwords can be set for hierarchical operation management; It can be stored after drying using nitrogen or inert gas.
Shelf heating control
- Thermal cycle protection, special heating materials, fuzzy PID control algorithm. Freeze-drying curve optimization control algorithm, which can control the sample heating rate during sublimation and desorption drying stages. Utilizes an industrial touchscreen, providing excellent human-machine interaction, simple and easy to understand, and can be operated without a manual.
Operating modes
- Manual mode is used for exploring process parameters (high degree of human intervention), automatic mode is used for the mature process stage, one-button operation, simple and convenient.
Data recording
- Intelligent data recording system, records the operating data of each component in real time and generates curves, and can export data for viewing, printing, and various operations via computer, facilitating process optimization and drying effect verification; PC database storage, the amount of stored data is related to the available capacity of the computer's hard drive (optional).
Defrosting
- Cold trap electric defrosting, with both temperature and time control modes, improves defrosting speed and safety.
Optional accessories and functions (additional charge)
- Vacuum Regulation System: Adjusts vacuum level during sublimation and desorption drying processes to avoid issues such as foaming and bottle blowing with special substances and to accelerate freeze-drying efficiency. Optional negative pressure gas mixing system interface with built-in 0.2μm filter to reduce secondary sample contamination; can be backfilled with nitrogen or inert gas; (optional) PC (computer) terminal for remote monitoring of equipment operation, up to 1.5KM (optional); prints freeze-drying curves and data; (optional) Eutectic point testing function; (optional) 10-inch large color screen for easier equipment operation; Imported brand vacuum pump; (optional) Water-cooled condensation for more stable temperature unaffected by ambient temperature.
Calibration
- Temperature and vacuum calibration ensures the accuracy of measurements over long-term use. Freeze-drying curve query function (allows querying temperature and vacuum curves for convenient process optimization and freeze-drying effect verification).
